Ring Back

Ring Back is a very useful feature for both the taxi driver and customers.

How does it work?

When the driver arrives at your pick-up point they simply press a button on there data terminal to tell the system to initiate Ring Back. The system will then ring your phone alerting you that the taxi is waiting outside.

Just one or two rings is enough – the system will then terminate the call. You can even save the call number as 'taxi waiting' so it will be displayed on your mobile next time you use the service.
